About Us

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNC-Charlotte in 1992. One week later I married Rich White and after our honeymoon, I began my nursing career in a medical-surgical unit at a local hospital. I have served as a registered nurse in many capacities for over thirty-one years. These include medical-surgical, outpatient surgery, women’s breast center, cardiac rehab, community wellness, corporate wellness, diabetes educator and CPR instructor - all of which have led me to this wonderful opportunity. 

I have been the nurse supervisor for Sherrie’s In-Home Care, LLC since August 2021. God has opened many doors to get me to where I am today and for that I am very thankful.

I plan to continue the services started by Sherrie Haithcox in 2011 when she opened Sherrie’s In-Home Care, LLC. My goal is to help families who need care for their elderly parents and loved ones. I have been blessed with wonderful office staff as well as kind, compassionate caregivers.

 I graduated with my Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 1988. I began my career as a loan officer and have worked in various capacities including the furniture industry, trucking industry, and warehousing. I look forward to growing Sherrie’s In-Home Care, LLC with my wife. Please know that I am available for any questions regarding services and billing.
